Vaccinations: “Cold Tumour to Hot Tumour”

Sometimes, according to the characteristics of the tumour and the patient, we perform what is called a step from cold to hot tumour by injecting, intratumourally and before treatment, an antiviral vaccine, thus stimulating a great influx of the patient’s immune system cells into the tumour, particularly T lymphocytes, making the tumour much more receptive to the treatment, and also improving the end results.
